Welcome to ToonTrip. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

ToonTrip is a SaaS platform that transforms your travel memories into stunning 3D cartoon images using AI technology. Our service includes:

  • AI-powered cartoon image generation from travel descriptions
  • Storage of trip memories and generated images
  • User dashboard for managing trip history
  • Subscription-based access to unlimited trip generations

3. User Accounts

To use ToonTrip, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans

ToonTrip offers subscription tiers with credit-based usage:

  • Free Tier: Limited credits for trying the service
  • Paid Tiers: Purchase credit packages or subscribe for monthly credits

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal.

5. Payment Terms

By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your purchases
  • Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
  • Allow automatic billing to your payment method on file for subscriptions
  • Update payment information as needed to ensure uninterrupted service

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at our discretion. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@toontrip.com. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial charge.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the travel information and descriptions you provide. By using our service, you grant ToonTrip a license to process your content to generate images.

Generated Images: Images generated by ToonTrip are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may download, share, and use these images for personal purposes.

ToonTrip Platform: The ToonTrip platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ToonTrip to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Use automated means to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

9. Service Limitations

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • AI-generated images may vary in quality and accuracy
  • Image generation times may vary based on system load
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TOONTRIP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ToonTrip operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
